The base of the open skid mounted genset is assembled through welding with standard I-beam steel, channel steel and steel plate. It is the sole supporting components of the whole equipment. Steel plate with suitable thickness welded at the surface of the base frame to construct fuel tank at its base. Each generator is equipped with 8 hours-based fuel tank to allow convenient usage without the needs of adding extra fuel storage components. It is equipped with sewage outlet, oil level gauge, refueling outlet and exhaust outlet. The oil level gauge and controller function in chain to alarm the user when lack of diesel till it’s back to normal level.
The open type diesel generator has supporting legs with at least 150mm long which is welded at its bottom part to ease the transportation process via forklift. Thus, it shows excellent humanized design without the needs of additional lifting equipment.
The engine and synchronous motor are connected via standard flange connection. Besides, shock absorbers are installed at its bottom to reduce the noise generated and avoid resonance at greatest extent. In order to monitor the normal operation of the equipment constantly, intelligent digital controller is used as central component. The controlling cabinet is equipped with cable sleeves to protect the power cables.
